Job Responsibilities:
1.跨部门团队完成年度内有关客户质量KPI和PD
Complete KPI and PD which related with customer side cross function team together
2.监督并协调工厂零公里和售后质量以及供应商问题的分析与解决;
Monitor and coordinate 0km and warranty quality and supplier issue analysis and solving in BrBa
3.每日/月度监控零公里及售后质量表现,厂内质量,供应商质量,跟踪团队完成改进
Monitor 0km and warranty quality performance,in house quality and supplier quality , follow up team to finish improvement actions in Daily/Monthly base
4.用质量工具组织团队对质量问题进行分析及改进
Organize team to conduct analysis and improvement with variety quality tools or approach
5.当生产过程中质量不符合客户要求时,质量经理有权停止生产并监督整改合格方可继续生产。
When the quality do not meet the requirements of customers in the process of production, the quality manager shall have the right to stop production and supervise the rectification of qualified may continue to production
6. 负责公司的体系系统的培训,管理和实施工作,确保公司的质量体系能够得到有效的实施。
Responsible for the quality system taining,management and implementation, to ensure the quality system and effective implementation.
7. 完成上级交办的其它工作.
Complete other assignments given by quality director.
Job Requirements:
1.八年及以上汽车行业质量背景, 熟悉OEM客户要求及管理体系
Background of quality in auto industry, familiar with GM/Ford/VW customers specific requirements
2.优秀的逻辑分析和系统问题解决能力,熟练运用质量工具带领团队解决问题;
Excellent logical analysis and systematic problem resolving capability, lead cross function team to solve quality problems occurred in field market and 0km.
3.熟练运用各种质量和统计工具(FMEA, SPC, DOE, MSA, 5 WHY, FISHBONE, MINITAB, etc);
Skilled on quality and statistic tools (FMEA, SPC, DOE, MSA, 5 WHY, FISHBONE, MINITAB, etc) ;
4.有强烈的责任感,并和客户保持良好互信合作的关系
Be strong accountability and keep good and trustable relationship with customer
5.优秀的快速响应能力、较强的沟通和领导能力;
