1. 团队建设，组织和管理，招聘，提升部门员工；
Organize and assign the work properly in the team, recruit and train new staffs, and be responsible for team building；
2. 总账分类账目的正确处理和发布；
Insure all general ledger and sub ledger transactions are correctly posted and reconciled；
3. 依据中国和欧盟的财务要求提供相关的财务报告3；
Prepare reports according to PRC GAAP, IFRS and UN GAAP；
4. 分析公司利润和财务业绩（以及计划，预算，预测和前一年度）以及向管理层提供月度汇报；
Analyze profitability and financial performance (vs. plan, budget, forecast and prior year) as well as communicate/ explain monthly results to the management；
5. 参与财务咨询，应用，跟踪，改进内控流程；
Participate in constituting, implementing, tacking and improving the internal- controlling rules；
6. 监控现金流，运营资金和现金支出；
Monitor cash flow, working capital and capital spending；
7. 领导年度预先，滚动预测，年度标准成本的更新；
Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and annual standard cost updating；
8. 领导内外审计；
Lead internal and external audit；
9. 其它总经理安排的工作；
Other work assigned temporarily by GM；
10. 负责公司税务相关的工作；
Take responsibility on tax issues for the company；
11. 作为项目组的关键成员，参与财务系统的应用和改进；
As key member of project team, participate in ERP implementation and improvement；
12.领导安排的其他工作。
