工作要求：本科以上学历，英语良好，3年以上制造行业设备维修管理经验，有汽车零配件行业相关工作经验优先考虑。
职位描述：
1.Maintaining permanently the Production equipment in optimal parameters of functioning, as well as the increase of the efficiency in their use; 保持设备的功能参数稳定维护，并有效的提高效率；
2.Organizing and coordinating the activities of maintenance, in order to ensure the optimal functioning of the Production equipment; 为确保生产设备的性能优化，组织并协调维护及维修的活动；
3.Monitoring and estimating the necessary investments for the maintenance of the equipment and the increase of the production capacities and the modernization of the technological process; 保持设备维护费用，生产设备扩容及技术改善；
4.Management of the human resources and of the materials in his area of responsibility. 管理其管辖区域的人员及物料。
