工作要求：本科以上学历，英语良好，5年以上制造行业设备维修管理经验，有汽车零配件行业相关工作经验优先考虑。

1.maintaining permanently the production equipment in optimal parameters of functioning, as well as the increase of the efficiency in their use;

r -theoretichal and practical training of new employees (direct, indirect and staff)
r -理论和实操培训新员工（直接员工、间接员工和办公室人员）
r -according to the training work instruction to training, evaluation, supervises, qualification and requalification for the direct employees
r -依据培训工作指导书对直接员工进行培训、评估、监控、资质测试和再资质测试
r -collecting employees training needs with production, and guide new employees special skills(such as us/cutting etc.) theoretical and practical training.
r -收集生产员工的培训需求并指导新员工特殊技能（如焊接机/切线机等）的理论和实践培训
r -on training courseware, examination, assessment recommendations for improvement and to assist the team leader to complete the ｕｐｄａｔｅ

岗位职责：
1.establish and implement ksd group internal control process; 制定和实施科世得润各公司内部控制流程；
2.ensure ksd group finance reporting on regular basis to ksd top management; 确保及时准确地向ksd管理层提交定期的财务报表；
3.collecting & consolidate ksd each plant annual & quarterly budget & forecast; 收集&合并科世得润各公司的年度 /季度 预算和预测；
4.collecting & consolidate ksd each plant monthly operation & financial actual achievement reports, make compare between actual vs budget; 收集&合并科世得润各公司的月度经营管理业绩报表，对实际与预算的差异；
5.analysis ksd each plant monthly operation & financial actual achievement vs budget, find out the root causes for gap in functional, provide control & improve advice to ksd top management; 对科世得润各公司的月度财务报表进行分析，与相关部门一起查找差异原因，并向ksd管理层提供管控和改善建议；
6.others related analysis report which required by ksd top management. 准备ksd管理层所要求的其它分析报告。
工作要求：
1.university degree-finance, acｃｏｕｎｔing, economics; 大学本科毕业，财务，会计，经济等有关专业；
2.minimum 10 years relevant experience in the financial controlling field; 10年以上财务领域相关工作经验；
3.good experience in financial controlling, analysis and consolidated; 财务领域费用管控，分析和合并报表方面经验丰富；
4.good communication and co-operation skills;良好的沟通和团队合作能力；
5.fluent in oral and written english; 熟练的英语书面能力和口语能力 ；
