Responsibilities:
Operational management of Sales, compile/update/Report Market database of assigned target application(s) to sales manager, market and Account planning (Sales Forecasting current year; business planning of followed 2 years.), identify new potentials.
Opportunity to Order, prepare customer interaction, visit/call, provide interaction report/feedback; Prepare technical/commercial offering, negotiate/revise offering, close deal; Conduct post sales follow-up, provide feedback; Provide on-site technical service e.g., catalyst loading, operation, optimization and trouble shooting; Collect and analyse operation data to provide customer report/feedback on a regular basis; Build up and keep trustful relationship with end users, and handle claims timely.
Order to Cash, collect customer feedback, finish technical service, follow up missing payments, handle claims.
Sales Target Management, propose annual sales targets in line with sales growth expectation, execution agreed yearly Sales (Sales; Margin; Trade Receivable), force the products sales.
Participation in business strategy, propose annual individual targets, propose personal development plan.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree. (Technical; Chemistry; Chemical Engineering Degree preferred.) Bachelor’s degree. (Technical; Chemistry; Chemical Engineering Degree preferred.)
At least 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
Rich commercial / negotiation skills and knowledge of supply chain of catalyst product(s). Strategic Skills
Fluent in English. Balanced sense of commercial aspects, marketing, and technology.
