    requirements:

  • ACT Engineer:
    responsibilities:
    manage the technical service team for clariant catalyst portfolio, manage interaction with sales team, manage team for handling any performance trouble shooting cases, control the cost, ensure successful loading and loading start up
    sales tandem partner, support sales with existing customers by frequent technical meetings, analyse and understand client’s technology in detail, offer appropriate technical solution, conduct technical communication / calculations and responsible for the documentation of results, collecting data, market information from the customers
    group support & training, develop training programs for both technical service engineers and sales managers, support other applications as required to cover their technical service, support other regions as required to cover their technical service, support to build, motivate and train required and relevant local expertise for responsible applications.
    group customer relationship management, maintain customer relationship with huajin, follow up major repair needs of hj group facilities, ensure own products used by internal group

    requirements:
    minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical technology, chemical engineering or chemistry
    minimum 5 years’ experience of plant operation or catalyst technical service in chemical plant.
    good computer skills and knowledge of standard technical programs; commercial attitude; fluent in english.
  • Sales Specialist:
    responsibilities:
    operational management of sales, compile/update/report market database of assigned target application(s) to sales manager, market and account planning (sales forecasting current year; business planning of followed 2 years.), identify new potentials.
    opportunity to order, prepare customer interaction, visit/call, provide interaction report/feedback; prepare technical/commercial offering, negotiate/revise offering, close deal; conduct post sales follow-up, provide feedback; provide on-site technical service e.g., catalyst loading, operation, optimization and trouble shooting; collect and analyse operation data to provide customer report/feedback on a regular basis; build up and keep trustful relationship with end users, and handle claims timely.

    sales target management, propose annual sales targets in line with sales growth expectation, execution agreed yearly sales (sales; margin; trade receivable), force the products sales.
