Responsibilities:
1.Compile/update/Report Market database of assigned target application(s)
2.execute market(s) and account(s) forecasting current year; and business planning of followed 2-5 years.
3.Identify new potentials, and coordinate product launch.
4.Prepare customer interaction; visit/call; provide interaction report/feedback; prepare/update WINS SPF.
5.Apply company tools, e.g. CRM, sharepoint, for knowledge management
6.Build up and maintain trustful relationship with end users, and handle claims timely.
7.Conduct post sales follow-up; provide feedback.
8.Gate keeping technical/commercial offering; negotiate/revise offering; close deal.
9.Collaborate with other functions and regions to execute overall Clariant strategy
10.Collect customer feedback,follow up missing payments
11.Propose annual sales targets in line with sales growth expectation.
12.execute agreed yearly Sales KPIs (Sales; Margin; Trade Receivable).
13.Report business status to line manager(s) in regular basis.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree. (Technical; Chemistry; Chemical Engineering Degree preferred.)
2.At least 8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
3.Rich commercial / negotiation skills and knowledge of supply chain of catalyst product(s). Strategic Skills
4.Fluent in English. Balanced sense of commercial aspects, marketing, and technology.
