Job Description:
Card office service:
1. Explain the Corporate Card application process to employee who needed 2. Daily operation to print, deliver and recycle Corporate Card. 3. Enable disable door access base on requests. 4. To analyze issue if Corporate Card not functional. 5. Following the guidance and ensure relevant information security compliance.
Administration support:
1. Office admin support 2. Backup of receptionist 3. Office maintenance coordination 4. Other works as needed
Procurement support:
1. Actively contributing to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners and forwarding all relevant information in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.
2. Coordinate with LM to get procurement figure/reports 3. Preparing reports 4. Coordinate with Accenture or GBS for vendor database, e-sourcing system setting etc.
Team support:
1. Support SE RE team for smooth daily operation
2. Other work as needed
Requirements:
1. Basic office application usage, like outlook, excel, PPT, etc.
2. Digital knowledge and new technology curiosity
3. User centricity, strong customers focus orientation. Be proactive in finding workaroundsolution to solve problems.
4. Have strong sense to follow security guidelines.
5. Continuous learning to meet the needs of business development and individual development.
6. Good command of written and spoken English
7. Good communication with users, able to deal with complex situations.
