· Creation and ｕｐｄａｔｅ of tool requirement specifications

· Further Development & Improvement of Tooling and Gauge Concepts

模检具方案开发及改进

· Collaboration in the further development of the tool-supplier-portfolio (together with GPS)

协助采购开发和管理模具供应商

· Analyze and assess tooling inquiries and support machinery price negotiations (Cost
break down analysis, define target costs)

具备模具成本分析能力，能够进行定义目标价和价格谈判。

· Responsible for Design, Pre-Acceptance and Acceptance Tests and Handing over of Tools to
production plants.

负责模具的设计评审，预验收和终验收。保证模具顺利移交至量产工厂。

· Project Management with regard to tool acquisition and development;
especially tracking the status and ensure timely finishing and handover.

负责模具开发的项目管理和监控，保证模具按照项目节点完成开发移交。

Planning and ｅｘｅｃution of adjustments for existing tools
based on Engineering Change & VAVE

计划和实时现有模具的工程变更及优化

Verify，suggest and implement possible improvements (VAVE)

模具的设计优化和持续改善

Support & lead tooling topics for Americas and Europe Region in close exchange

负责或支持北美及欧洲工厂的模具开发项目

· Job Requirements

Graduation in Technical Degree as Mechanical engineering, Tooling

engineering, or similar.

机械设计及模具相关专业

· 3 – 6 years of professional experience in the automotive industry and
in an international environment

3 –6年的汽车及配件行业工作经验

· >
3 years of experience in design & manufacturing of tools

3年以上模具行业经验

· CAD competency

CAD 设计能力（至少数量UG或Catia一种软件）

· Product- and process knowledge

具备基础的产品及工艺开发常识

· Open minded and willingness to improve knowledge on daily basis also
beyond area of responsibility

开放的思维，积极向上

· Hands-on mentality

较强的实践和动手能力

· Team player & good communication skills.

团队合作，善于沟通

· Basic Project Management experience

基本的项目管理能力

· Advanced user knowledge of MS-Excel, Basic user knowledge of CAD

熟练应用办公软件

· English language on C1-C2 level (person is able to express
himself/herself spontaneously, fluently and precisely)

熟练的英语能力。
