1. 在项目阶段及量产阶段，为项目管理团队提供所需的 apqp 核心工具支持。

2. 通过识别客户的具体要求，积极主动地参与整个供应链的早期可行性研究。

3.
与项目团队一起参与 fmea评审，以确定潜在风险。参与识别的特殊特性定义特殊特性控制方法。

4.制定控制计划并监督落实控制计划（包括供应商提供的原材料管控）。

5.确认质量成熟度，满足相应的release
gate交付要求，以获得内部release gate批准。

6.支持试生产运行（run-at-rate），以确保产品的质量，确保产品如期量产。

7.根据生产控制计划要求，进行测量系统分析和过程能力研究，确认过程保证能力。

8.确保尽早提交 ppap 文件，及时获得客户批准。

9.从生产工厂吸取经验教训，为即将开展的项目提供实践方法支持。

10.负责量产后客户端质量，处理顾客投诉，组织根本原因分析，制定纠正措施，确认措施有效性。

11.领导交代的其他事项。
