1. 根据公司的目标和标准，与全球IT团队协商，管理Carcoustics当地的IT（非SAP）。以专业的态度为用户提供系统、政策和程序方面的支持。
Manage Carcoustics local IT (non SAP) at site in line with the company goals and standards in consultation with theglobal IT team. Offer a professional attitude and support the users by providing systems, policies, and procedures tobe followed.
职位描述：
1. 作为 IT 服务台和现场支持团队的成员，为用户和 IT 系统（非 SAP）提供支持
确保所监管地点的 IT（硬件和软件）运行（问题分析、故障排除和解决）符合集中定义的标准
Provide support for users and IT Systems (non SAP) as a member of the IT Service Desk and Onsite Supportteam
2. 与信息技术安全官合作，确保执行中央规定的信息安全标准
Ensure the operation of IT (hardware and software) in the supervised location(s)
(problem analysis,troubleshooting and solving) according to the centrally defined standards
3. 规划并实现与所监管地点集团标准相关的 IT 项目
落实用户权限和授权
Plan and realize IT projects related to group standards at the supervised location(s)，Implement user rights and authorizations
3. 控制 IT 成本，并在监管地点规划所有必要措施
IT cost control & planning all necessary measures at supervised location(s)
5. 参与与中央 IT 部门（IT 基础设施和 IT 服务台）的定期密切沟通
Participate in regular and close communication with central IT (IT Infrastructure and IT Service Desk

工作技能：
1:在工作领域获得专业资格证书
Economic or technological apprenticeship ａｌｔｅｒnatively ａｄｄitional specialist qualification in the field of activity
2：在汽车行业的工业公司（最好）以及国际运营公司有 3-6 年左右的工作经验
About 3-6 years of work experience in an industrial company (preferably) within the automotive sector as wellas in an international operating company
3：分析及职业技能能力强，或在工作领域获得其他专业资格证书
Analytical, structured and solution oriented working style
4：在汽车行业的工业公司（最好）以及国际运营公司有 3-6 年左右的工作经验
About 3-6 years of work experience in an industrial company (preferably) within the automotive sector as wellas in an international operating company
5：具有分析、结构化和以解决方案为导向的工作风格
Analytical, structured and solution oriented working style
6：具备高级和独立的硬件和软件故障排除技能
Hardware and Software troubleshooting skills on and advanced and independent level
7：熟悉任何票据系统和一般 IT 流程（如 ITIL 4）
Familiar with any ticket system, and IT processes in general (i.e ITIL 4)

10：English language: B1 - B2 = advanced - independent usage of language;
