岗位职责：

Industrialization of new products in the production plant；

Interface between appropriate functions of technology units and operations;

Constant improvement of profitability and reduction of the rejection rate/waste rate;

Interpretation and analysis of offer calculations and online calculations;

Root Cause Analysis of error images caused by tool, process and material;

Independent preparation and implementation of production tests and sample productions;

On-site-organization / cooperation of tool use and NTA1 / NTA2;

Control of customer and quality requirements;

Support of the on-site change management

任职要求：

Completed technical vocational training

3-6 years of work experience in an industrial company within the automotive sector

First practical work experience in an international environment

Solid process knowledge

Very good project management skills

Basics knowledge in MS Office and SAP skills on an advanced level

English language on B1 – B2 level (advanced - independent usage of language;
able to communicate spontaneously)

Local language on C1 – C2 level (person is able to express himself/herself spontaneously, fluently and precisely)
