岗位职责：

1. 在项目阶段及量产阶段，为项目管理团队提供所需的 APQP 核心工具支持。

2. 通过识别客户的具体要求，积极主动地参与整个供应链的早期可行性研究。

3.
与项目团队一起参与 FMEA评审，以确定潜在风险。参与识别的特殊特性定义特殊特性控制方法。

4.制定控制计划并监督落实控制计划（包括供应商提供的原材料管控）。

5.确认质量成熟度，满足相应的Release
gate交付要求，以获得内部Release gate批准。

6.支持试生产运行（Run-at-Rate），以确保产品的质量，确保产品如期量产。

7.根据生产控制计划要求，进行测量系统分析和过程能力研究，确认过程保证能力。

8.确保尽早提交 PPAP 文件，及时获得客户批准。

9.从生产工厂吸取经验教训，为即将开展的项目提供实践方法支持。

10.负责量产后客户端质量，处理顾客投诉，组织根本原因分析，制定纠正措施，确认措施有效性。

11.领导交代的其他事项。

Being
responsible for planning, ｅｘｅｃuting and monitoring all quality-related
activities along with the dedicated Project Team to completely meet both
Customer Specific and Carcoustics Production Plant Requirements by having
feasible design and quality-robust manufacturing process latest at defined
Milestone.

Job
deｓｃｒｉｐｔion：

1.Supporting
the Program Management Team with required APQP-Core Tools during Project Phase
and beyond.

2.Being
proactively involved in early stage of feasibility studies through the entire
supply chain by also considering customer specific requirements.

3.Support
Process FMEAs in assigned Project Team to determine potential Risks and define
Special Control Strategies for identified Special ｃｈａｒacteristics.

4.Development
of Control Plan in liaison with local Plants to control Special ｃｈａｒacteristics
through the entire Value Chain (raw materials from Suppliers included).

5.Demonstrate
Quality Maturity with respect to fulfilling the corresponding Release Gate
ｄｅｌiverables to obtain internal Release Gate Approval.

6.Supporting
pre-series production runs (Run-at-Rates) to ensure quality fulfillment and
on-time launch of products.

Demonstration
of Process and Quality Performance by using 7.Measurement System Analysis,
Process Capability Studies according to Production Control Plan.

8.Ensure
early Submission of PPAP Documentation to obtain Customer Approval on time.

9.Lessons
Learned from production plants to support practices approach for upcoming
projects.

10.Responsible
for customer quality after SOP, handling of customer complaints, organize root
cause analysis, make corrective action, verification of effectiveness of
corrective action.

Requirements

1.Participant
of internal or external Trainings related to Automotive Core Tool Training

2.Familiar
with customer-specific requirements

3.ｍａｓｔｅｒ
degree / Diploma in Engineering or other technical studies

4.About
3-6 years of work experience in an industrial company within the automotive
sector

5.Sound
and ready-to-use process skills even beyond the area of
responsibility Independent conduction of workshops including the
application of moderation-tools (agenda, time management,...) and pronounced
presentation skills

6.SAP
and MS-Office skill on an advanced independent user level

7.Hands-on
mentality and strong communication skills
