岗位职责Responsibility:
1.Overall responsible for mechanical assembly and commissioning 全面负责机械装配，调试工作
2.Communicate with project manager, design engineer or purchasing and other related departments, consult solving solutions in accordance with the problems found during the assembly/commissioning or other problems fed back by AM
根据装配/调试中发现的或其他AM反馈的问题点，及时与项目经理、研发工程师和采购等相关部门进行有效沟通，积极协商解决方案并跟踪实施进程
3.According to the project plan, reasonably allocate and arrange the work of other AM of the project team, and confirm the completion and quality everyday
根据项目计划，合理分配安排项目组其他AM的工作并每天确认完成度及质量
4.Skillfully use the existing processes and guidance documents, and actively explore ways and means to improve work efficiency and process improvement suggesting; Complete the project tasks on time with quality and quantity guaranteed
熟练运用现有的流程和指导文件，并积极探索提高工作效率的方式方法或优化流程建议，保质保量按时完成项目任务
5.Collect and sort out the difficulties and solutions enｃｏｕｎｔered in the process of project construction, record in onenote and do the lesson learn within the team after the project is completed
收集整理项目装配调试过程中遇到的困难点及解决方案，记录在onenote上，项目结束后在团队内部做lesson learn
6.During setup in client, assist the project manager to undertake the overall arrangement and internal and external communication of the client installation project team, and report the work progress to project manager in time every day 在客户端装机时，协助项目经理承担起客户端装机项目组工作的统筹安排及对内对外沟通，每天及时向项目经理汇报当天工作进展
7.Other work assigned by group leader
小组负责人安排的其他工作


任职要求Requirements:
1.Technical school or above, major in mechanical or related
中专及以上学历，机械相关专业
2.At least three years’ experience in responsible for the project of non - standard automation industry
至少三年以上非标自动化行业主导项目的经验
3.Ability to assemble and debug independently of automation equipment
具备对自动化设备独立装配与调试的能力
4.Strong study, problem-identify, analysis and solving ability, be willing to widen skills and knowledge
较强的学习能力，问题的发现，分析和解决能力，乐于提升技能和知识
5.Good teamwork spirit and service consciousness
良好的团队合作精神和服务意识
6.Strong overall arrangement ability 有较强的统筹安排能力
7.Be willing to travel in China and oversea
愿意国内外出差
8.With good English is preferred
英语水平良好者尤佳
9.Ability to deal with office documents
具有一定的***档能力
