岗位职责Responsibility:
1. Reception telephone transfer and customer visit guidance
前台电话转接以及客户来访指引和接待
2.Participate in recruiting, including gather & screen resumes, organize and join the interview etc.
参与招聘工作,包括简历收集,安排面试等
3.Assistant to HR function, such as employee enrolling and resign process and orientation training
协助其它人事相关工作,如员工入职和离职手续办理和入职培训
4.Responsible for employee attendance and leave data input and record
负责员工日常考勤,休假等数据整理录入
5.Design and organize staff activity, including family day, anniversary dinner, summer festival etc.
组织员工活动,如家庭日、年会、旅游等
6.Assistant to administration function, including car, business trip hotel, air ticket, meal, water, renting, cleaning, security, express, plant, stationary, etc.
协助行政管理模块,包括用车,员工出差酒店,机票,快餐,饮用水,保洁保安,快递,厂房,办公用品及劳保用品等
7.Assistant to all foreigners’ and oversea trip related certificate, such as invitation letter, visa, work permit, work license & residence license
协助外国人或出国相关证件办理,如邀请函,签证,工作许可,工作证和居留证
8.Other work assigned by team leader or manager
团队负责人或管理层安排的其他工作
