Job Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion: Be responsible for handling IT-related service requests within XS IT as the first point of contact.
Job Tasks:
Accepting, prioritizing, and resolving incident reports within the scope of 1st-level support
Documenting and recording incidents
Processing inquiries and issues, including those related to individual workstations
Supporting users in standard and specialized applications
Assisting users in hardware and software environments
Managing Windows clients, printers, mobile devices, and phones
Taking responsibility for the maintenance and support of location-specific IT resources
Escalating incidents to the relevant departments
Assisting with testing and rollout of new client software
Requirements:
Education in System Electronics or Computer Science / English
Work Experience: Several years of experience in a comparable role or position
Specific Certifications: Preferably WIN 11 / ｎｅｔwork Fundamentals, etc.
Authorities: To be determined
Fluent English skill both oral and written
