职责Responsibilities:

Manage all materials sourcing or NPI projects being launched at Suzhou and ZiYang manufacturing facility负责苏州和资阳工厂所有相关产品的供应商开发和新项目的管理。Be responsible for drive PPV projects for assigned commodities aggressively to support company PD on cost down initiatives.负责主导物料采购成本的下降项目来满足公司的降本的目标。Material localization and new supplier develop, first article follow up and phase in mass production.负责材料本地化，新供应商导入，样品跟催及批量生产导入。Manage suppliers to improve supplier’s performance(ｄｅｌivery, cost, quality).负责管理供应商的绩效（交货、成本、质量）。Support the SC process optimization such as Kanban/JIT, blanket order, VMI, MOQ/LT reduction.支持供应链流程优化，在Kanban/JIT, blanket order, VMI, MOQ/LT reduction, 等方面。Supplier contract management and procurement procedure optimization to be compliant to procurement SOP. Be responsible for QMS and CFDA audit on purchasing section.供应商合同管理和采购管理流程优化使符合采购部流程. 负责应对采购部分的质量体系和药监审核。Work with VAVE team to support the cost down initiatives.和价值工程部门紧密合作来支持降本的行动Support procurement team to fix material shortage issues to meet customers OTD支持采购计划团队解决物料短缺问题，来满足客户的准时交货率。Work closely with global procurement team to manage global suppliers to support China plant’s operation.与全球采购团队紧密合作管理集团供应商支持中国工厂运营。

                                                                            

要求Requirements:

Bachelors or ｍａｓｔｅｒ degree or above in a relevant engineering or business major. Engineering and mechanical is preferable.本科以上学历，机械工程或者商务专业，工程机械背景优先。5+years of experience in professional level sourcing roles in medical area such as Sr.sourcing engineer, supplier development, commodity manager, etc. Be familiar with ISO13485.至少5年以上医疗相关的资深采购，供应商开发、采购项目经理等工作经历。熟悉ISO13485流程。Strong project management skill and cross function communication skill to drive project forward.较强的项目管理能力和跨部门沟通能力来推进项目进行。Above CET-4, fluent English speaking, need to communicate freely with foreign partners.英语四级以上，英语流利，可以无障碍与国外人员沟通交流。Much sourcing experience of Electronic components, mechanical parts and chemical raw materials etc.熟悉电子料、机构件、化工原料采购。Strong problem solving skill, ｍａｓｔｅｒ finish bone, 5 shy, problem solving related tools, 6 sigma experience is preferred.能够快速分析问题解决问题，会使用常见问题的分析工具，有六西格玛经验更佳Good communication and negotiation skill.较强的沟通和谈判能力。
