职责responsibilities:
?transfer price: calculate and ｄｅｌiver transfer price, quarterly review tp list ensure the conformity of tp rule; 产品价格：计算并传递产品价格，每季度检查产品价格以确保符合tp政策；
?standard cost: maintain annual standard cost, standard hourly rate; release standard cost for new pn; support cost budget; 标准成本：年度标准成本制定，标准费率制定，释放新料号标准成本；协助年度预算；
?co closing: co monthly closing, include scrap monitoring, inventory e&o, ppv capitalization, warranty accrual; monthly actual cost report preparation, cost variance analysis between standard and actual cost, drive variance reduction; 成本月结：负责成本月结，包括监测报废，存货跌价，采购价格差异分摊，质保费用计提等；月度实际成本报表，分析标准成本与实际成本之间的差异，推动解决成本差异;
?kpi data collection, report inventory turns, ppv and other indicators to other functional leaders. kpi数据收集，向其他职能领导报告库存周转率、ppv和其他指标。
?cost saving& cost planning: key player of cost planning, cooperate with project manager to prepare cost reduction plan, organize team review cost reduction performance, build up regular communication channels make sure funnel implemented timely and effectively, support to achieve plant cost saving target; 降本&成本计划：作为降本计划的主要成员，与项目经理合作准备降本计划，建立良好的沟通渠道，有效及时地传递降本信息，支持工厂降本目标的达成；
?sap ｍａｓｔｅｒ data management: responsible for material ｍａｓｔｅｒ, cost center ｍａｓｔｅｒ, ensure the accuracy before ｍａｓｔｅｒ data put into use; key user of plant finance team, prepare sap ｕｐｄａｔｅs plan, coordinate the communication with sap team, ensure sap functions has been used effectively and efficiently; sap主数据管理：负责物料主数据，成本中心主数据，保证主数据的准确性，作为工厂财务团队的关键用户，准备sap改进计划，与sap团队沟通合作，确保sap功能高效地使用；
?capex and fa management: provide new capex project payback analysis; in ｃｈａｒge of capex approval system management; supervise capex project process, make sure fa posting accurate and timely; 资本支出和固定资产管理：提供新投资项目的回报分析；负责投资项目审批系统的管理；监督投资项目进程，确保固定资产账务处理精确及时；
?tax declaration: tax filings on a periodical basis and ensure that internal/external tax filing/returns are in order with tax regulations; 定期进行纳税申报、纳税申报，确保内部/外部纳税申报/申报符合税务法规；
?support supervisor to complete the corporate management report, and other corporate reports assigned by finance controller. 协助主管完成集团管理报表，完成财务总监指定的其他公司报告。

要求requirements:
?work experience: minimum 5 years, minimum 2 years costing or fp&a experience in mnc，work experience in cpa firm is plus；工作经验：5年以上工作经验，至少2年跨国公司成本核算或fp&a经验，会计师事务所工作经验优先；
?education: bachelor’s degree at acｃｏｕｎｔing/finance/audit. 学历：会计/财务/审计学士学位。
?sap user would be plus; sap用户优先；
?cpa/acca/cma member or candidate would be plus; cpa/acca/cma会员或候选人优先；
?skilled at ms excel, powerpoint, word;熟练使用ms excel、powerpoint、word；
?good communication skills, able to solve problems; 良好的沟通技巧，能够解决问题；
?excellent english, both oral and written; 优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力；
?honest, down to earth, straight forward. 诚实、脚踏实地、直截了当。

-follow up ehs policy and ensure the employees’ safety and healthy in factory.遵守ehs政策，确保工厂员工的安全健康。
-ensure the skilled operators, standard work, and the compliance of quality system regulations and internal quality control process. 确保员工的技能和标准化作业，以及质量法规和内部质量流程的遵守性，确保交付客户满意的产品
-raw material, indirect material, semi-finish goods, finish goods management, and ensure cycle ｃｏｕｎｔ accurate and meet kpi (turnover rate, lt, etc.) target. 直接原料，间接材料，半成品，成品的在库管理，确保其准确性和指标达成（如库存周转率，生产周期等）
-as the pace-maker process, define the production plan according to forecast and wip, keep communication with each functions and ｕｐｄａｔｅ plan timely.作为生产系统的节拍控制点，根据订单预测和在制品状况制定生产计划，保持与各部门的沟通及时做出调整
-organize the production according to the production schedule, insure the ｄｅｌivery for each lines组织资源按照计划满足生产需求，确保满足后道的生产.
-organize daily management meeting to review operation kpis(productivity, lt, oee,etc.), drive performance improvement 组织日常管理会议，回顾运营班组kpi（如生产效率，生产周期，oee），驱动指标增长.
-organize resource to support the problem solving of each lines, such as soft/equipment problems, quality issue and ｄｅｌivery cases.协调资源，帮助领班处理生产过程中遇到的异常问题，如软件/设备异常，质量问题，订单交付等
-be responsible for the employee management, ensure the compliance of corporate rules and regulations, identify with the company’s culture and values to ｃｒｅａｔｅ more contributions. 负责所在制程的人员管理，确保其遵守公司规章制度，认同公司的文化和价值观，并帮助员工的自我提升，创造更大价值。

负责kkd工厂的仓库的日常运作

管理仓库物料管理员团队做好对仓库物料的接收、搬运、清点、上架、发料、入库，出货、盘点等日常工作。

管理仓库物料管理员团队，保证物料库存以先进先出的收发原则。

管理仓库物料管理员团队，通过对物料库存的周期盘点以保证物料库存的准确。

管理仓库物料管理员团队，进行mrb区域和报废库的日常收发存的管理。

管理仓库物料管理员团队，进行仓库内部的5s日常工作以达到内部和外部客户的满意。

负责每月一次的mrb区域库存报告的编制和发布。

负责日常erp系统收发存所有单证的二次审核。

负责周期盘点物料差异报告以及每年的年度仓库盘点报告&年度物料差异报告的编制和发布。

负责国内运输商的日常叫车，国内出货的追踪以及月度国内运输账单核对和请款。

根据出货计划，负责国内出货装箱单（非报关）等出货资料的编制。

负责仓库日常月度考勤报表编制，以及仓库文件资料的保存。

requirements/岗位要求:

非常熟悉sap系统仓库存模块的操作以及仓库日常运作规定。

有精益物流管理者优先。

大专及以上学历，

四年以上仓库管理经验。

能熟悉操作word和excel等文字处理软件，

良好的英语书写以及口头表达能力。

优秀的沟通技巧和领导能力。

有叉车证。
