Job Summary:
Be familiar with China Customs Laws, Regulation and Policies. To manage the import/export daily operations for Suzhou plant in conformance with China Customs Laws, Regulation and Policies, and arrange the transportation and prepare the customer clearance for inbound and outbound. Be familiar with Customs bonded material management requirement and drive company all functions to meet Customs bonded materials management requirement. 熟悉中国海关的法律、规章和政策。
负责对苏州资阳卡瓦进出口货物日常操作的管理，并符合中国海关的法律、规章和政策, 负责安排国际货代运输货物，并完成进口及出口的海关申报。
熟悉海关保税物料的管理，主导协调公司相关部门对保税物料管理符合海关的要求。

Responsibilities:
Import and Export documents preparation and maintenance the logistics budget preparation in needs准备进出口相关文件，并制定物流费用的预算；

Validate the imported materials HS code to compliant to Customs requirement. 对进口物料海关商品编码做核实确保符合海关编码要求。

Complete Import and Export customs clearance in time及时完成进口及出口的海关报关；

Manage international forwarders and domestic carrier to ensure inbound and outbound shipment transit smoothly according to operation requirement. 管理国际货代和内陆运输保证进出口货物运输及时通畅满足运营的需要
Forwarder Management aim for minimum cost at Logistics path通过对货代的管理实现物流成本最小化；

Analysis for import and export and continue in the process improvement分析进口和出口数据，并持续改善；

Customs affairs co-ordination for benefit of company to ensure no compliance issue. 基于公司利益协调海关事务，确保没有合规问题；

Quotation in terms of freight, tax & duty, handling cost and apply for payment 根据报价确认运费、关税、增值税及操作费并安排付款；

Other tasks assigned by the management主管要求的其他事务；

Requirements:
Knowledge of International trade business ,MRP system, familiar with BOM structure and inventory control management了解国际贸易业务，MRP系统，熟悉BOM架构和库存管理；

Good concept of HS code classification 熟悉进出口商品编码归类
Familiar with air and ocean US and EURO logistic route 熟悉欧美海空运线路
Have the experience of manage international forwarder 有国际货代的管理经验
College degree or above, at least 5 years working experience of Logistics import and export business大专学历及以上，至少5年相关物流进出口业务的工作经验；

Good English communication skill 具备一定的英语沟通能力
Much experience with relative custom department
有丰富的经验与海关处理关务问题
