Responsibility

1.Responsible for SSPSD 3rd party HC Recruitment standards/assessment system and Performance accuracy(Salary Bonus Structure)

- PTE （SS & Comvat）Recruitment operation & reporting line set up

- PTE （SS & Comvat）HC recruitment process control, monitor & KPI achievement

- 3rd Party Salary structure developing/Improvement and performance appraisal KPI renew

- 3rd Party new role and responsibility Set up to match biz requirement

2.Responsible for SSPSD 3rd party PTE HR Related operation supporting

- Planning on PTE management Policy and rules， in ｃｈａｒge of implement on daily HR operation

- Collaborate with CSMC HR， SFMD， 3rd party vendor and other related functions to enhance PTE operation and process quality up and keep improvement.

Requirement

- Bachelor Degree,

- Project Management Skill

- Empower & motivate others

- Good ability to work under pressure, can adapt to the pace of the enterprise in the period of rapid development

- Human resource management skills, better have HR career experience with HR professional knowhow

- Good communication skill

- Good command of data analysis

- Good command of both verbal and written English & Chinese
