Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of Corporate Risk and Compliance Management, Business Continuity, Integration;
2. Champion all initiatives pertaining to the following areas; AND
3. Act as the key point of contact between SDI entities and Sime Darby Group to drive best practices in relation to the following areas:
(a) Oversee the implementation of the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework, policies and procedures in identifying and managing risks across the business operations;
(b) Oversee the formulation and implementation of policies and programmes to ａｄｄress the Group’s key compliance risk areas;
(c) Inculcate a strong risk and compliance centric culture across the business to impart the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding of risk and compliance management;
4. Oversee post-merger governance integration matters, i.e., implementation of GPAs, LOAs and other relevant policies and procedures.
5. Integration of systems for reporting and processes to ensure best practice and synergies gained.
6. Periodically review of Standard Operating Procedures across the SDI businesses, with a focus on alignment to policy, consistency across businesses and documentation thereon.
7. Work with line management to develop, implement and maintain business continuity plans.
8. Complete assigned ad-hoc projects or other works.
Requirements:
1. Business degree and minimum 5 years working experience in a corporate risk & compliance.
2. Relevant business function / risk management / internal audit projects / process management especially in the automotive industry.
3. Strong knowledge of corporate governance, rules and regulations, business operations and the value chain of the entire organization.
4. Knowledgeable in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Compliance, Internal Audit or Investigation is an ａｄｄed advantage.
5. Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin.
6. Prefer working in consultant firm.
