Job objectives:
Overall control HV Battery project status and reporting to committees together with MB
project lead;
Coordinate for HVB relevant tasks with relevant stakeholders (BBAC, Pwt, MG56, Carline) to
collecting battery issues and steering for issue resolution. Fully responsible to track, push until
issue totally solved;
Deep dive on technical issues and lead for solutions;
Exchange and align with battery PLE and technical support for status summary, solution for
issues and topic ｕｐｄａｔｅ;
Steering activities for all HVB projects and allocate tasks (Mainly for Buy battery project);
Qualifications:
B.S. or higher degree in Mechanical/material;
At least 5 years working experience in HV Battery RD or similar area which familiar with
battery relevant issues (Both design and quality issues);
Good knowledge on HVB hardware and software relevant knowledge;
Excellent problem solving skill and analytical skill;
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
Good oral/written English;
Self-responsibility, team player with good communication skills;
Good at Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel and Powerpoint;
Familiar with German OEM process is a plus.

出色的问题解决能力和分析能力；
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
良好的英语口语/写作能力；
自我责任感强，具有团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力；
精通 Microsoft Office 工具，如 Excel 和 Powerpoint；
熟悉德国 OEM 流程者优先。
