Primary Goals:
Responsible for the smooth operation of Wuhan Plant MP&L work, meet customer demand and company request
负责武汉工厂物流相关工作，保障物流流程操作顺畅，满足公司及客户要求



Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for Material Planning, W/H, Package, Transportation and Customs, MP&L function
负责物料计划、仓储、运输、关务等物流部职责
2.Responsible for the implementation and operation of MPL KPI, such as Supplier ｄｅｌivery Score/Premium Freight/Inventory Turns.
负责物流部相关KPI指标的实现和运作，如供应商交付得分、超额运费、库存周转率等
3.Maintain SAP/WMS/MES systems，Ensure system inventory accuracy，Lead inventory ｃｏｕｎｔ，analyze inventory.
维护SAP/WMS/MES，确保系统账务准确性，主导库存盘点，分析库存准确率
4.Keep communication with suppliers and internal department, to make sure inventory target fulfilled
负责与供应商及内部部门保持沟通，保障库存目标达成
5.Track sure on-time-ｄｅｌivery to Supplier order, and other MP&L related support to internal dept., such as Customs/Transportation/Logistics Cost calculation.
跟踪供应商订单的及时交付，对其他部门的物流相关支持，如进出口通关、国内运输、物流成本核算等
6.Acｃｏｕｎｔ checking with supplier on time every month, receiving supplier invoices, to complete the settlement
每月按时与供应商对账，接收供应商发票，完成结算。



Education:
1.Bachelor degree or above， majored in MP&L or related.
物流相关专业，本科及以上学历
2.Familiar with logistic and finance knowledge
熟悉物流、财务相关知识


Required Skills and Experience:
1.Abundant logistic managing experience in automotive field (over 5years)
丰富的制造业物流管理经验(5年以上)
2.Familiar with MP&L management procedure and system (Familiar with SGM Wuhan preferred)
熟悉物流管理流程和系统 (熟悉武汉SGM交付要求优先)
3.Strong harmonizing abilities and excellent leadership
有较强的协调能力及领导能力
4.Planning, ERP, W/H, transportation, package, import/export, customs knowledge
计划, ERP, 仓储，运输，包装，进出口，关务知识
