primary goals:
responsible for the smooth operation of wuhan plant mp&l work, meet customer demand and company request
负责武汉工厂物流相关工作，保障物流流程操作顺畅，满足公司及客户要求



roles & responsibilities:
1.responsible for material planning, w/h, package, transportation and customs, mp&l function
负责物料计划、仓储、运输、关务等物流部职责
2.responsible for the implementation and operation of mpl kpi, such as supplier ｄｅｌivery score/premium freight/inventory turns.
负责物流部相关kpi指标的实现和运作，如供应商交付得分、超额运费、库存周转率等
3.maintain sap/wms/mes systems，ensure system inventory accuracy，lead inventory ｃｏｕｎｔ，analyze inventory.
维护sap/wms/mes，确保系统账务准确性，主导库存盘点，分析库存准确率
4.keep communication with suppliers and internal department, to make sure inventory target fulfilled
负责与供应商及内部部门保持沟通，保障库存目标达成
5.track sure on-time-ｄｅｌivery to supplier order, and other mp&l related support to internal dept., such as customs/transportation/logistics cost calculation.
跟踪供应商订单的及时交付，对其他部门的物流相关支持，如进出口通关、国内运输、物流成本核算等
6.acｃｏｕｎｔ checking with supplier on time every month, receiving supplier invoices, to complete the settlement
每月按时与供应商对账，接收供应商发票，完成结算。



education:
1.bachelor degree or above， majored in mp&l or related.
