Primary Goals:

In ｃｈａｒge of SAP/HWMS process monitor and optimization, daily process management & PI lead, find root cause & control PI variance timely.
负责SAP/HWMS账务日常管理和维护监控，管理日常账务、盘点、差异查找及优化。

Support warehouse management, including the goods receiving & ｄｅｌivery control, FIFO, internal distribution, logistics planning, continuous improvement & saving etc.
对仓库实施管理支持，包括收发货管控、先进先出、内部配送、物流规划、现场管理持续优化和费用节约。


Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for daily check SAP operation of logistics module, ensure the accuracy of system data. Improve inventory accuracy, lead variance check with internal and external functions, follow up short term and long term corrective actions until issue closed, monitor cycle ｃｏｕｎｔ process.
负责物流模块SAP操作的日常检查，确保系统数据准确性；
提高仓库库存准确率，达到帐物一致；
领导相关内、外部门分析盘点差异，制定短期与长期措施，追踪进度直至问题关闭，持续跟踪循环盘点流程。

2.HWMS work coordination and problem solve, weekly track and share FIFO NG report and follow-up.
负责HWMS物流部总体协调及问题处理，每周发布原材料及成品先进先出报告，持续跟踪改善效果。

3.Weekly check SAP clerk work/Daily A class & FG report/SAP ｍａｓｔｅｒ Data Accuracy/Transaction Accuracy.
每周抽查SAP账务员收发存数据，查看A类物料及成品日盘报表，检查系统库存准确率，SAP 主数据准确性，SAP交易数据准确性。

4.PI work coordination and result analysis, improvement plan follow-up, control PI discrepancy within BGT.
盘点工作协调及盘点差异分析，改善计划跟踪，***限度在预算内控制盘点差异。

5.SAP monthly closing support
SAP月结物流部分账务支持

Other support:

1.In ｃｈａｒge of implementation of warehouse management, including the goods receiving & ｄｅｌivery control, FIFO, internal distribution.
支持仓库实施管理，包括收发货管控、先进先出、内部配送。

2.In ｃｈａｒge of logistics site lay-out planning and improve the implementation, necessary package support.
负责物流现场规划和改善实施，必要的包装和改善支持。

3.In ｃｈａｒge of monitor ｄｅｌivery, customer relationship maintenance, to ensure good ｄｅｌivery performance.
负责监控交付、客户关系维护，保证良好的交付绩效。

4.Other work
完成上级交办的其他工作

Education:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in logistics related is preferred
相关专业本科及以上学历，物流相关专业优先

Required Skills and Experience:
1.Good sense in manufacturing process对生产工艺有一定的认识
Familiar with the parts of BOM structure.熟悉零件BOM结构
2.Be good at MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.能够熟练使用微软办公软件
3.ERP user, SAP/other ERP is preferred，SAP launch experience is preferred
运用过ERP，使用过SAP或其他ERP人员优先，SAP上线经验优先
4.Experience in planning or warehouse or cycle ｃｏｕｎｔ is preferred.
有计划或仓库或循环盘点相关经验者尤佳
5.Logistics operation practice and systematic analysis capability物流运作实践与系统分析能力
6.Strong communication and harmonizing abilities较强的沟通协调能力
7.Good English skills (Listening, speaking, reading and writing)较强的英语听说读写能力
