Primary Goals:

Mainly responsible for the maintenance plan of factory facilities and equipment, daily equipment problem-solving, EHS and other designated work to ensure the smooth progress of production, improve equipment efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Be fully responsible for the management of the company’s fire-fighting equipment and facilities, central air-conditioning and special equipment. Implement energy-saving policies and organize energy-saving management and energy-saving technological transformation.

主要负责工厂设施、设备的维护计划，日常设备问题解决,EHS 及指定的其他工作以保证生产的顺利进行并提高设备使用效率，降低能耗。全面负责公司消防设备设施、中央空调、特种设备的管理工作. 贯彻执行节约能源的方针政策，组织节能管理和节能技术改造工作

Roles & Responsibilities:

1、负责输配电和自控项目和设施的质量、安全及维护；
Responsible for electrical project quality and safety and maintenance.
2、负责和其他部门合作完成相应的电气工程项目；
Responsible for cooperation with other department to do related electrical project.
3、负责设备运行情况的检查、记录以及日常管理工作
Responsible for checking device running record、recording and management routine job
4、负责改造设备以提高设备效率；
Responsible for modifying machine to improve efficiency of machine.
5、协助经理保证设备状态，降低设备故障率；
Assist managers to ensure equipment status and reduce equipment failure rate.
6、为相关部门、人员提供技术支持及培训，负责设备维修的支持；
Provide technical support and training for relevant departments and personnel, and be responsible for equipment maintenance support.
7、负责能源管理并降低能耗；
Responsible for energy management and reducing energy consumption.
8、负责审核维修记录并制定备件需求计划；
Responsible for review maintenance record and make spare parts of requirement plan.
9、负责工厂内部EHS 管理工作。确保符合法律法规要求。
Responsible for EHS management work to meet the laws and regulations requirement。

Education:
1、Bachelor’s degree学士学位
2、Familiar with TS16949熟悉TS16949
3、Engineering background工科背景

Required Skills and Experience:

1、至少3年以上工业企业电气设备维护及维修经验, 有汽车行业工作经验优先；
Min. 3 years’ electrical equipment maintenance and repair experience in industry enterprises, working experience in automotive industry is preferred.
2、 持有相关资格证书，如电工证、压力容器管理证或电梯管理证
Hold relevant qualification certificate, such as Electrician certificate, Pressure Vessel Management certificate of Elevator Management certificate.
3、掌握电气基本原理，熟悉PLC、HMI变频器、消防控制、空调控制或者DDC等.
ｍａｓｔｅｒ basic electrical principle, familiar with PLC，HMI inverter, fire control, air conditioning control or DDC etc.
4、 熟悉操作电脑、OFFICE办公软件和CAD软件.
Familiar with computer、OFFICE software and CAD software.
5、良好的沟通及解决问题能力；
Good communication and problem-solving skill.
