Identify gaps in product portfolio
1.Analyze statistics that are relevant for our industry （ WITS； CITA； FEM； NAM Lift code, branch statistics…）
2.Understand and translate mega trends into KION relevant strategic aspects
3.Describe gaps in portfolio and opportunities in all markets and product types.
4.interprete consequences of megatrends to our products and give recommendations of actions
Roadmap management
5.integrate product roadmaps of OUs into CTO project roadmap
6.Manage exchange to strategic departments of “Module” and “Systems Engineering”
7.Collect and challenge Product Line Managers visions for each product line.
8.ｃｒｅａｔｅ Product Roadmaps per product line and for vehicle segments globally
9.Align with stakeholders （ OU’s Product Managements, OU development heads,…）
Work for future global Product platforms
10.Elaborate global platform proposals/areas of action from strategic perspective
11.Bring platforms to decision by describing scope, financials and business case incl. decision documents
12.lead global interdisciplinary virtual teams, work out recommendations for future global Product platforms and bring those to decision
13.establish decision documents for development projects （Project budget 5-200 mil. EUR）, ａｄｄressees: Board+1 &； board level）
14.Question input of ｅｘｅｃutives in the context of all Product Lines

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree, technical & business area or other related major
2. Multiple years of professional experience
3. Highly developed technical understanding, well developed knowledge about customer applications of multiple product groups （ITS/SCS）,ability to establish business cases
4. Fluent English to discuss abstract topics in foreign language
5. Well developed capability to work across all hierarchical levels, highly developed capabilities to work in multinational environment, highly developed intercultural competence, highly developed competences in methodologies to run workshops （virtual and presence） and decision finding
