Duties and Responsibilities

岗位职责


? Creating/debugging ｃｈａｒacter/prop rigs for various projects.
为各个项目制作角色和道具绑定，并解决绑定的问题。
? ｃｈａｒacter skinning or skinning direction.
角色权重制作或权重方向工作。
? Coordinating with ｃｈａｒacter artists and animators, taking feedback on rigs and identifying areas to improve the creation of animation content.
与角色设计师和动画师沟通，获取反馈意见，并做出修改，提升动画内容质量。
? Collaborating with technical team for ｓｃｒｉｐｔing/plugin help when needed.
在有需要的时候，就脚本和插件等方面，与技术团队合作。
? ｃｈａｒacter/animation project planning; identifying rigging requirements and how they will affect moｄｅｌling/animation.
参与角色和动画项目的计划，确认绑定需求，以及绑定对于模型、动画制作的影响。
? Staying up to date on latest rigging/animation methods/workflow, and animator efficiency.
实时了解最新的绑定/动画方法和工作流程，以及动画师效率。
? Helping develop and maintain ｃｈａｒacter facial rigs to support facial animation pipelines.
帮助开发并维护角色面部绑定，支持面部动画制作流程。
? Participating in and supervising integration of the animation assets into the game engine.
参与并检查游戏引擎中的动画资源整合。


Required Skills
所需技能
? Must be proficient in Maya \u0026 Max.
必须熟练使用Maya和Max。
? IK/FK blending, spline controls, expressions, animator-friendly control setups.
IK/FK切换、IK链（线性IK）、表情绑骨、适合动画师使用的控制器设置。
? Facial Rigging (Joint based \u0026 blendshapes).
面部绑定（以骨骼为基础\u0026 blendshape）。
? Animation clip \u0026 pose library creation/sharing.
创建并分享动画片段和pose库。
? Passion for animation, organized, team player.
热爱动画；为人有条理、有团队合作精神。
? Excellent in communication and resourcefulness in problem solving.
擅于沟通，有解决问题的思路方法。


ａｄｄitional Preferred Skills
优先考虑
? Proficient in Blender.
熟练使用Blender。
? Experience with MotionBuilder
有MotionBuilder的经验。
? Houdini KineFX.
有Houdini KineFX的经验。
? Animation experience.
有动画经验。
? English (Written and/or spoken).
英语能力（书面及/或口语）。
? Game engine (Unreal, Unity, etc) experience.
有游戏引擎（Unreal、Unity等）经验。
