Responsible for Chhina monthly payroll and payment process on salary and other compensation with high quality and efficiency

Responsible for monthly payroll and payment process on salary and other compensation with high quality and efficiency
Manage SAP acｃｏｕｎｔing on payroll and related transactions/reporting
Handle employees’ enquiry and co-work with Regional & Corp teams
Work closely with Payroll agent / Tax adviser / Bank and Govt. authorities
Perform compliance filings both internal and external (Tax / SAFE / Govt.)
Assist in both internal / external audit and ad hoc assignments
Position Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Acｃｏｕｎｔing / Finance / Human Resources
5+ year of Payroll processing and relevant experience in MNC
Familiar with SAP-ERP, Golden Tax System and IIT Regulations
Good MS Office / Excel and Communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Strong customer service, problem solving and organizational skills
Details orientated, accuracy, trust-worthy, good patience and good team player
