position: analog layout design engineer
location: shanghai
position deｓｃｒｉｐｔion:
skillful capable of ams layout design area: matching sense from transistor, resistor and capacitor, power and ground coupling, signal path from differential pairs, etc.
proficient with cadence layout tools specifically virtuoso xl and assura (version icadvm experience is a plus)
ability to coordinate with the other analog ic circuit layout, ensuring robust, efficient, consistent and successful ｄｅｌivery of analog ic circuit layout.
fundamental understanding of ic design technology and process/methodology (tsmc or samsung finfet experience is a plus)
skilled in analog ic top level chip assembly including floor planning and block layout
hands-on experience conducting drc/lvs analysis and recommending appropriate solutions (emir fix experience is a plus)
qualifications:
bsee degree with 1+ years of applicable experience in analog design industry
essential that the individual demonstrates strong communication, verbal and written, and project management skills
requires good communication skills in english and chinese

role :
provide all it support to all the staff in cadence offices.
would be required to
install os on desktops & laptops.
troubleshoot sw or hw issues on laptops & desktops.
install sw of desktops & laptops.
work with other members of the it to ensure high uptime of all it services i.e. site lan / wan , storage , servers, etc.
need to work on all jira tickets assigned to you.
attend meetings to collaborate with other members of the organization
responsibility :
work on all user requirements/issues thru jira tickets.
adhere to asset management process.
ensure adherence to stated sla’s for all jira tickets.
ensure high quality support to customers.
follow up ad-hoc tasks and projects.
requirements :
must have :
engineering graduate
good hands on experience on ms windows/mac os & sw installation.
should have good knowledge on hw components of a system.
knowledge on ｎｅｔworking concepts and operations.
good english communication skill in oral and written.
preferred.
experience on virtual infrastructure i.e. vmware
experience on linux os administration.

technical expert working with key customers in china on analog/mixed-signal new technology adoption. you will be responsible for collecting customer technical feedback and working with multi cas rd team for new technology development to satisfy customer needs.
qualification:
in-depth knowledge of analog/rf/mixed-signal or sram/dram/flash transistor level design;
hands-on experience on spice and fast-spice simulation;
strong trouble shooting skill and good learning capability;
good communication skill in english;
ｍａｓｔｅｒs + 5 years of related experience, or phd + 2 years of related experience, some previous supervisory or team lead experience also required;
