Role :
Provide all IT support to all the staff in Cadence offices.
Would be required to
Install OS on Desktops & Laptops.
Troubleshoot SW or HW issues on laptops & Desktops.
Install SW of desktops & laptops.
Work with other members of the IT to ensure high uptime of all IT services i.e. Site LAN / WAN , storage , servers, etc.
Need to work on all Jira tickets assigned to you.
Attend meetings to collaborate with other members of the organization
Responsibility :
Work on all user requirements/issues thru Jira tickets.
Adhere to asset management process.
Ensure adherence to stated SLA’s for all Jira tickets.
Ensure High quality support to customers.
Follow up ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements :
Must have :
Engineering graduate
Good hands on experience on MS Windows/MAC OS & SW installation.
Should have good knowledge on HW components of a system.
Knowledge on networking concepts and operations.
Good English communication skill in oral and written.
Preferred.
Experience on Virtual infrastructure i.e. VMware
Experience on Linux OS administration.
