1.Household appliances industrial design: 家电产品工业设计
Work with the HQ design team in the development of the initial design. Participate in the creative development of new concepts and the evolution of concepts in development. ｃｒｅａｔｅ and plan the activities and ｄｅｌiverables for each design phase.
与总部设计团队进行内部设计协作，参与新概念的创造性发展和概念的演变。制定每个设计阶段工作内容和可交付成果。
2.Design concept and product evaluation and optimization: 设计评估与优化
Evaluate the OTS category products from brand identity, design aesthetic and elements, ergonomic, user experience, etc. Provide the constructive suggestions and guide suppliers to modify. Able to provide innovative and technical solutions.
从品牌识别、设计美学和元素、人体工程学、用户体验等方面对OTS类产品进行评估。提供建设性意见并指导供应商改善，提供创新的技术解决方案。
3.Design implement and cross-function team cooperation: 设计实施和跨团队协作
Support the transition of new product development programs. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure development programs achieve design intent through mass production. aesthetic quality and craftmanship of pre-production builds and coordinate with suppliers.
支持新产品开发项目的过渡，能够与工程团队合作，确保设计意图在量产中得到有效的实现。与供应商协调完成试产阶段的美学质量和工艺。
4. Marketing and tendency research: 市场与趋势研究
Supporting the regular marketing research and product tendency. Stay on top of the latest CMF technologies, manufacturing methods and present regularly.
支持定期的市场与产品趋势的研究；持续对于最新CMF技术，制造方法的了解并进行定期的汇报。
Desired Skills/Experience: 技能与经验
1.Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or similar.
工业设计或者相关专业的本科学历
2.2-3 years of design experience and good written English and daily communication.
2-3年的设计相关经验，优秀的英语读写和日常沟通
3.Highly driven and proactive self-starter, taking on a task without much context and driving it through to the end.
自驱和主动性，能够在勇于承担任务并积极尝试。
4.The ability to communicate design concepts through hand sketches, mock-ups, and moｄｅｌs, from 3D prints to full appearance moｄｅｌs to early prototypes.
能够运用手绘，草模，模型等进行概念沟通
5.A great sensitivity to color, aesthetics, and materiality, and stay on top of the latest CMF technologies and manufacturing methods.
对颜色，美感，材质等的敏感性；关注最新的CMF技术和制造方法
6.Highly organized and ability to prioritize deadlines/ｄｅｌiverables with understanding of schedule impacts
有很强的组织能力，能够对截止日期/交付物进行优先排序，并理解进度的影响
7.The ability to work directly with manufacturers and suppliers on multiple programs simultaneously.
能够在多个项目上与制造商和供应商直接合作。
8.understanding of material costs and finishes, manufacturing processes, tooling methods and assembly methods.
了解材料成本和表面处理，制造工艺，工装方法和装配方法。
9.Highly proficient in 2D, 3D and 3D rendering program – PS, AI, UG, Rhinoceros, Keyshot or similar.
精通2D，3D及渲染软件- PS, AI, UG, Rhinoceros, Keyshot等。
10.The ability to take feedback with open mind.
