1. work with internal id designer and supplier on product id feasibility study.

2..work closely with headquarter r&d engineer to develop new products, such as personal care, iron, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill,heating etc. products.

managing the product problem list from beginning till the end, and solve before mass production.

3. ensure the product structure can meet the request, like structure design, performance, safety, quality etc.

4. managing the prototype testing and work with factory to achieve design verification, like performance test, normal

temperature test.

5. realization of prototypes and detail mechanical design. planning prototype tests and analyzing results.

6. providing expert support to associate who work together.

7.thinking broadly about business, understanding needs of the market & customer. having desire to do outstanding

jobs.

8. familiar on mold structure, mold material is priority.

9. creative, energetic, able to work under pressure, high team spirit and self-initiative.

qualifications:

1. bachelor degree, major in mechanical design, knowing the electrical/electronic technology is prefered.

2. mininum 5 years working in home appliance product design, product innovation development, experience in

 fan, air purifier, motor series projects. min 3 projects as an r&d engineer from mechanical design stage to mass production stage.

3. familiar on mold structure and mechanical structure, can work independently with the supplier on product

design and tools.

4. written english is required. oral english communication is priority.

5. familiar with ug or equivalent 3d cad software.

6. should have motivation, responsibility, efficiency, flexibility on the project and work.

qualifications required 所需资格:
1. 2 years working experience, oem qc inspection working experience preferred
2年工作经验，oem品质验货工作经验优先
2. home appliances industry background preferred
