Job Deｓｃｒｉｐｔions:
- Work with external/internal ID designer and supplier on product ID feasibility study.
- Works in conjunction with Headquarter R&D Engineer to develop new products, kitchen motor series projects. Manager the product problem list from beginning till the end, and solve them fully before mass production.
- Ensure the product structure can meet the request, like structure design, performance, safety, quality.
- Can manage the prototype testing and work with factory to achieve design verification, like performance test, normal temperature test.
- Realization of prototypes and detail mechanical design. Planning prototype tests and analysing results.
- Providing expert support to associates who work together.
- Thinking broadly about business, Understanding needs of the market & customer, Having desire to do outstanding jobs.
- Familiar with mold and mechanical structure, work independently with suppliers on product design and tools.-
- Willing on product analysis and benchmark study, willing to do the innovative concept and idea creative.
- Creative, Energetic, Able to work under pressure, high team spirit and self-initiative.
Qualifications:
1． Bachelor Degree, Major in Mechanical Manufacture and Automation, Mechanical Design etc., knew the electrical/electronic technology is preferred.
2． Minimum 2 years working background on home appliance product design, product innovation development, with Kitchen motor series projects working experience will be preferred.
3． Can multiple task working capability, project management start from mechanical design stage to mass production .
4． Familiar with mold structure, mold material is priority.
5． Proficiency English reading and writing is required, skilful oral English communication will be preferred.
6． Familiar with UG or equivalent 3D CAD software
7． Should have responsibility, efficiency, motivation, independently, innovation, flexibility and team-work spirit.
8． Can travel frequently
