岗位是纺织面料跟单
工作内容:
1、与工厂沟通对接、采购相关纺织面料，协调并及时发现解决生产中出现的问题；
2、监督跟进工厂的订单品质，生产，交货等；
3、维护与供应商的合同与业务关系；
4、完成采购订单制作，确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期；
5、负责跟进国外客户，完成订单手续，提交表格，如有任何变动及时报告管理层；
6、负责快递，记录所有发票信息，并归档。
Job deｓｃｒｉｐｔions:
1)？Communicating with factories, purchasing relevant textile fabrics, coordinating and finding solutions to production problems in a timely manner
2)？Supervise and track the production of the goods ordered, and the quality of the products produced;
3)？Maintain cooperation and business relationship with suppliers;
4) Completing purchase order production, confirming, arranging shipment and tracking arrival dates to ensure ｄｅｌivery on time;
5) Responsible for following up foreign customers, completing order procedures, submitting forms and reporting any changes to management in a timely manner;
6) Responsible for express ｄｅｌivery, recording all invoice information and filing.
要求：
1、有梭织或针织4-8年经验者优先考虑；
2、英语六级，具备熟练的听说读写能力；
3、熟悉各种服装面料的生产流程，质量要求；
4、具有团队精神，责任心强；
5、有良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧，如有需要可到中国的工厂考察；
6、熟练掌握Office系列办公软件。
Requirements:
1)？4-8 years of experience in woven or knitted is preferred;
2)？CET-6, with proficient listening, reading and writing skills;
3) Proficient in the production process of various garment fabrics, quality requirements;
4)？With team spirit and strong sense of responsibility;
5) Good communication skills and negotiation skills, and factory visits to China if required;
6)？Skilled in Office software.
