工作内容：内部财务工作+行政
1.根据客服和操作的系统上的开票申请，开业务发票给国内客户，开形式发票给国外客户，并将开具和收到的发票上传/登记在系统中；
2.支付运费款项给供应商，同时，在系统中登记收款，及时向领导反馈异常情况；
3.直接对接银行进行收汇，美金付款等业务， 需要整理提供银行要求的各种资料包括合同，发票等；
4.检查外包财务公司每月财务报表；
5.协助上海公司及长沙公司员工的费用报销；
6.每年申报一次税收证明；
7.办理员工的入职和离职手续；
8.房租合同续期，租金，水电费等行政事务；
9.签订与新客户/新供应商的合同，并录入公司系统；
10.根据系统里的信息，核对供应商账单，并处理相应问题；
11.其它临时工作。

岗位要求：
1. 工作认真负责，有非常高的的抗压能力；
2. 会计经验不少于3年（必须要擅长使用excel, 擅长使用各种银行优盾上的功能）；
3. 良好的英语读写能力；
4. 年龄29-40岁之间；
