岗位描述：
Job Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion:

负责新项目导入过程中工艺、设备相关工作；现有生产过程及工艺改进；新原料认可、 工艺路线、工时核定及BOM的维护制定；负责制定产线、设备的标准维护流程及工厂设备效率提升及整改。
Responsible for the process and equipment of new project introduction, to manage and improve production process. New raw material approval, process design, working hours and BOM maintenance. Responsible for defining standard maintenance process of production line and equipment to improve machinery equipment efficiency.

岗位职责：
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
？ 负责制定团队管理指标，设备效率目标，质量目标；
Responsible for setting team , quality goal and equipment efficiency goals.
？ 负责管理生产设备，包含公司设施设备（包括消防设施及废水、废气环保相关设施）、工装管理；
Responsible for managing the production device including facility and equipment of company, such as Firefighting facilities, environmental protection facilities of wastewater, waste gas.
？ 负责相关设备SAP 机修模块的维护工作，数据分析及改进;
Responsible for maintaining the SAP module of device, data analysis and improvement.
？ 新设备可行性方案评估及实施； 导入及验收；
Assessment and implementation of new equipment feasibility programs. NPI introduction and acceptance.
？ 生产过程以及工艺的持续改进，优化流程，提升生产效率，提高产能；
To improve production processes and processes, optimizing processes, improving production efficiency and increasing productivity;
？ 负责督促设备部人员管理、培训、劳动纪律、考核等工作并进行持续改进。
To manage training, labor discipline and assessment of the department to make continuous improvement.
？ 负责设备管理及相关设备操作SOP编写、更新及培训工作；
Responsible for equipment management, define , ｕｐｄａｔｅ and training of SOP of related equipment operation.
？ 协助技术研发部样品制作所需设备的改进、工装，模具的设计的相关工作；
Assisting the Technical & RD department in improving equipment, tooling and mold design of sample making.
？ 配合公司内审、客户审核及外部审计；
Cooperating with internal and audit and customer audit of company.
？ 负责工艺路线制定以及相关工作；
Responsible for process route formulation。
？ 完成上级交待的其它事务性工作。
Cooperating with completing other tasks assigned by manager.
