负责新项目导入过程中工艺、设备相关工作；现有生产过程及工艺改进；新原料认可、 工艺路线、工时核定及bom的维护制定；负责制定产线、设备的标准维护流程及工厂设备效率提升及整改。
responsible for the process and equipment of new project introduction, to manage and improve production process. new raw material approval, process design, working hours and bom maintenance. responsible for defining standard maintenance process of production line and equipment to improve machinery equipment efficiency.

？ 负责制定团队管理指标，设备效率目标，质量目标；
responsible for setting team , quality goal and equipment efficiency goals.
？ 负责管理生产设备，包含公司设施设备（包括消防设施及废水、废气环保相关设施）、工装管理；
responsible for managing the production device including facility and equipment of company, such as firefighting facilities, environmental protection facilities of wastewater, waste gas.
？ 负责相关设备sap 机修模块的维护工作，数据分析及改进;
responsible for maintaining the sap module of device, data analysis and improvement.
？ 新设备可行性方案评估及实施； 导入及验收；
assessment and implementation of new equipment feasibility programs. npi introduction and acceptance.
？ 生产过程以及工艺的持续改进，优化流程，提升生产效率，提高产能；
to improve production processes and processes, optimizing processes, improving production efficiency and increasing productivity;
？ 负责督促设备部人员管理、培训、劳动纪律、考核等工作并进行持续改进。

？ 负责工艺路线制定以及相关工作；
responsible for process route formulation。
？ 完成上级交待的其它事务性工作。

product development
product development uses the data and research to design and ｃｒｅａｔｅ a product using specifications that make it most useful, and relevant. the product development team often conceives many designs for the product and may ｃｒｅａｔｅ several prototypes for testing.

product ｕｐｄａｔｅs
the research and development team also tests and analyzes current products in order to discover ways of improving them for comfort and usability. this may include more tests and surveys to learn what customers think about the product, followed by testing new designs that implement the proposed solutions.

岗位职责
1. 与新客户共同开发汽车行业(国内汽车品牌oem)的新业务。
2. 提供技术支持。
3.进行市场调研，收集竞争对手的信息，建立更多的合作关系。
4. 具有分析、开发、计划和实施市场的能力。
5. 与现有和潜在客户保持良好的关系，以促进战略业务的增长和发展。
6. 定期汇报销售活动。增加客户群和市场渗透率。
7. 协助销售经理为所辖客户提供月度销售统计、年度销售统计及明年销售预测，完成公司下达的销售任务及销售经理交办的其他工作。
岗位要求
1.本科及以上学历，机电、材料或市场营销专业；
2.5年及以上销售工作经验; 熟悉汽车或电机、轨道行业，有绝缘材料销售或汽车线束或油管等相关零部件的销售应用经验为佳；
3.有较强的独立开发新客户，维护老客户的能力；
4.有技术背景优先, 能够很快掌握公司产品知识, 了解产品性能；
5.良好的职业道德和知识；
6.精准判断工作任务的优先性，抗压能力强。
7.适应国内及国外出差。
8.熟练使用word、excel 和ppt等相关软件,有sap系统相关工作经验；
9.精通普通话和英语，英语娴熟可以作为工作语言。
