Job Responsibilities:

Setup and administration of the customer profiles in the Infor Nexus system （在Infor Nexus系统内建立和管理客户档案）。
Daily monitoring and reporting of newly submitted customer applications and change requests.（日常监测和报告客户新提出的申请和变更请求）。
EID Cards （电子身份证）
o E-identity card audit and issuance process.（电子身份证的审核和发放程序）。
o Timely processing of new user e-id card change requests.（及时处理新用户电子身份证变更请求）。
o Maintain inventory of un-issued cards and readers. Order ａｄｄitional inventory as needed.（记录未发出的电子身份证和读卡器库存。根据需要订购额外的库存）。
o Coordinate requests for un-issued cards with US office.（与美国公司协调未发行的电子身份证的请求）。
Prepare and send shipments using online courier service.（准备并通过网上快递服务发送货物）。
Working as a team member, sharing information and assuming responsibility to ensure all work effort are contributed to the success of the department.（作为团队一员，共享信息和承担责任，确保所有努力都能促进部门的成功）。
Adherence to all security guiｄｅｌines and personal responsibility for all security devices assigned to you.（遵守所有安全准则，保证配给的安全设备都正常运作）。
