ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
?Customer Side
-Target segments, potential, penetration strategy
-Products’ key features & price expected
-To approach end customers through PPC/SEO/tradeshow/TLG etc, delivering revenue target.
?Channel Side
-Evaluate existing channel capability, and train channel salesman
-Help channel colleague to develop new channel strategy
-Collaborate with channel partners, to run regional marketing activities
?Competitor Side
-Key competitors’ profile: volume/segments/regions/channel/price/main features
?Linx Side
-Assist GM to build annual growth plan, and lead part of the initiatives
-Cross-functional cooperation with Sales/Technical Support, to implement the plan
-Guide/support salesman with opportunity identifying, valuable application knowledge
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
?Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year university;
?Major in Marketing or Engineering, MBA will be plus
?3~5 years sales or marketing experience
?English, able to speak effectively before groups of customers or managers of organization
