Struers is now seeking one Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support logistics department.
Key Responsibilities/岗位职责:
?Sales order entry in LN, check all information against quotation/sales contract/customer’s PO, send OA to customer
?Responds to and resolves customer requests including processing orders, requests for pricing, product availability, product quality, delivery, billing questions as well as returns and cancellations
?Communicate with Struers headquarter in the facilitation of order entry and delivery
?Backlog review and following up
?Ad Hoc task that assigned by managers.
Minimum Requirements/任职要求:
?College degree or above
?At least 5 years’ experience with CSR
?Good command in oral, listening, reading and written Chinese and English
?Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
?Experience in ERP (Such as Ln,SAP) is required
