The position has high level acｃｏｕｎｔabilities that are critical to the ｄｅｌivery of clinical development objectives and portfolio value targets. In this position you will be providing leadership in the development of new medicines targeted at indications in the field of oncology. You will have significant responsibilities in planning, evaluating, budgeting and ｅｘｅｃuting all clinical activities for phase I to phase III studies.

Responsibilities:

Develop training plans across Clinical Operations to enhance overall project ｅｘｅｃution and ｄｅｌivery capabilities
Ensure operational processes, systems and standards are adopted and implemented consistently across trials
Development of Talent, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management within Clinical Operations
Responsible for overall Clinical Operations strategy, tactical planning, and alignment with broader organizational goals
Responsible for utilizing metrics to drive performance and productivity to ensure clinical studies meet overall goals
Responsible for clinical trial sourcing and takes a lead role in vendor governance
Provide input and guidance on feasibility for specific disease areas to enable timely and effective clinical trial ｅｘｅｃution
Explore and seek innovative initiatives to continuously improve clinical trial ｅｘｅｃution
Responsible for the ｓｅｌｅｃｔion of research sites, contract negotiation, and coordination of meetings associated with clinical trials

Qualifications：
Degree preferred in a science or healthcare discipline
You will possess significant industry experience gained from the CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries (or related)
Your background will be complemented with experience gained in working in cross-functional teams with successful product development and commercialization based on strong science, commercial insights, market research and competitive intelligence
