任务 / Tasks
检查和分析供应商提供的供应商数据，并补充来自各种数据库的数据 / Check and analyze the supplier data provided by the suppliers and supplemented with data from various databases.
负责在供应商现场进行审计（包括潜在分析、公司审计、过程审计等） / Responsible for conducting audits (including potential analysis, corporate audit, process audit, etc.) at suppliers’ sites.
对供应商数据进行分析和审查，就与供应商的进一步合作提出建议 / Analysis and review of supplier data, make recommendations on further cooperation with suppliers.
进一步发展评估流程，例如如何在采购方面批准潜在供应商和合作伙伴，并可持续地进行初步鉴定 / Further development of evaluation processes, such as how potential suppliers and partners can be approved on the procurement side and sustainably initially qualified.
确保引导新供应商进入评估过程和资格认证 / Ensure that new suppliers are steered into the evaluation process and qualification.
希望有处理供应商精益管理方法的经验（包括价值流管理、单分钟模具更换、Poka Yoke等）的实施和应用，并根据公司制定具体的改进措施 / Prefer to have the experience to deal with the implementation as well as the application of Lean Management methods (including Value Stream Management, Single Minute Exchange of Dies, Poka Yoke, etc.) at suppliers and derive concrete improvement measures
专注于供应风险管理，处理运营活动中的供应风险分析、供应商分类和弹性管理 / Focus on supply risk management deal with supply risk analysis, supplier classification and resilience management in their operational activities.
进行各种风险分析。检查其他公司的财务稳定性，分析采购风险（包括内部风险、市场风险、供应商风险） / Work out various risk analysis. Check the financial stability of other companies and analyze procurement risks (including internal risks, market risks, supplier risks).
借助财务数据（包括年度财务报表、资产负债表、损益表数据、D&B、KSV、Bundesanzeger、Moneyhouse、Firmenbuch等的报告），进行信用检查，并准备对公司和供应商的财务状况和业绩的陈述和解释 / Conduct creditworthiness checks and prepare presentations and interpretations of the financial situation and the performance of companies and suppliers with the help of financial data (including annual financial statements, balance sheets, P&L data, reports from D&B, KSV, Bundesanzeiger, Moneyhouse, Firmenbuch, etc.)
根据具体参数可视化风险，并解释由此产生的公司潜在风险。就如何***地处理、减少和消除这些风险提出建议 / Visualize the risks based on specific parameters and interpret the resulting risk potential for the company. Develop recommendations on how these risks can best be handled, reduced and eliminated.
通过与各种接口、流程和机会的合作，实现弹性目标 / In cooperation with various interfaces, processes and opportunities are ｃｒｅａｔｅd to achieve the goal of resilience.
协助IPM开展其它项目 / Coordinate with IPM for other tasks assigned
职位要求 / Requirements
丰富的供应商审核认证经验 / Rich supplier auditing & qualification process experience
熟练掌握ISO9001， IATF16949质量管理体系标准和审核技能，熟悉供应商管理流程，能独立开展现场质量审核 / Proficient in ISO9001, IATF16949 quality management system standards and audit skills, familiar with supplier management process, and able to independently carry out on-site quality audit
了解机电产品生产工艺，具有一定工厂现场管理以及质量管理经验 / Understand the production process of mechanical and electrical products, and have certain factory site management and quality management experience
具备良好的品质改善实践能力，有实现品质持续改善的方法并能够熟练运用 / Have good practical ability of quality improvement, have methods to achieve continuous quality improvement and be able to use it skillfully
熟悉企业风险管理和精益生产 / Familiar with enterprise risk management and lean manufacturing
有较强的组织管理，沟通和协调能力，具有大局观并能独立处理各项问题 / Have strong organizational management, communication and coordination skills, have a holistic view and can handle various issues independently
良好的学习能力和独立解决问题的能力，能够承受一定的工作压力 / Good learning ability and independent problem solving ability, able to work under pressure
