§ In charge of promoting products and services, offering solutions to satisfy key clients’ business needs and expand sales. 负责产品和服务的推广,为大客户提供解决方案以满足其业务需求,拓展销售。
§ Identify decision makers, penetrate key accounts and expand business relationships, resolve possible account ownership issues. 明确主要决策人,渗透并扩展与大客户的业务关系,解决可能的客户归属问题。
§ Provide ongoing support to key account customers to ensure they receive high quality customer services, increase customer loyalty. 为大客户提供持续支持,确保其收到高质量的客户服务,提高客户忠诚度。
§ Collect information about industry trend, major customer’s feedback, competitor activities etc. and share with the organization so it can response to the changing market conditions and customer demands. 收集并汇报行业场趋势、大客户反馈、竞品动向等信息,以便公司能快速应对市场变化及客户需求。
§ Properly handle customer complaints. 妥善处理客户投诉。
工作经验/Experience:
§ Rich experience in Key Account Management. 有丰富的重点客户管理经验。
§ Minimum 3 years’ working experience in MNC in a sales related role, working experience in furniture, kitchen & bath, hardware accessories industry is preferred. 三年以上跨国公司销售从业经验,家具、厨卫、五金配件行业优先考虑。
§ Strong customer base, network in related industries. 相关行业中有丰富的客户资源和渠道。
