【岗位职责】Job Responsibilities
1、负责办公室日常行政工作,外来人员接待,电话接听、转接、记录、反馈。

2、起草、修改、传达行政通知、报告、备忘录或相关文稿公函,复印文件及收发传真、信件、报刊、文件、包裹等。
? ? ? Draft, modify, and convey administrative notices, reports, memorandums, or related documents and official letters, photocopy documents, and send and receive faxes, letters, newspapers, documents, packages, etc.
3、组织办公室各种活动和会议。
? ? ?Organize various office activities and meetings.
4、日常办公用品申领、发放、登记管理,办公室设备管理。

5、管理档案、通讯录等文件资料,外出人员管理。
? ? ?Manage files, address books, and other documents, as well as manage personnel going out.
【岗位要求】Job Requirements
1、大专及以上学历,一年以上相关工作经验;
? ? ?College degree or above, with at least one year of relevant work experience.
2、熟悉酒店各种规章制度;
? ? ?Familiar with various hotel rules and regulations.
3、对所学管辖的工作具有良好的组织实施能力;

4、有较好的文字和语言表达能力。
