The candidate for this position has to be excel at developing and maintaining channel partners across the globe. The candidate is expected to ｃｒｅａｔｅ and closing new opportunities. Responsibilities职责
● Lead the team meet and exceed sales targets
● Responsible for developing and maintaining channel partners, prepare channel strategies and implementation
● Successfully ｃｒｅａｔｅ business from new and existing customer acｃｏｕｎｔs
● Manage complex negotiations with senior-level ｅｘｅｃutives
● Lead Generation & Lead Conversion: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, ｎｅｔworking, and social media
● Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
● Conduct Market Research and identify opportunities
● Prepare and ｄｅｌiver presentations/content on products and services
● Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
● ?带领团队达成并超越销售目标
● 负责开发和维护渠道合作伙伴，制定并落实渠道战略
● ?利用新旧客户创造业务
● ?与客户高级管理人员谈判

Requirement要求
● Bachelor’s degree or above, 3+ years’ work experience in a Sales team management
● Prefer Channel Sales Experience.
● Experience in selling to Life Science Research segment will be a plus
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Fast learner, Self-motivated and Result oriented
● Fluency in English;
Fluency in any other languages will be a plus
● Be able to travel
● Can be from Hongkong, Taiwan or foreign ｃｏｕｎｔries
● ?本科及以上学历，3年以上销售团队管理工作经验
● ? 有渠道销售经验者优先
● ?生命科学研究领域的销售经验是加分项
● ? 较强的书面和口头沟通能力
● ?快速学习的能力、自我激励和结果导向
● ?英语流利，其他语言能力是加分项
● 能适应出差
● 可以是香港，台湾或国际友人
