职责

Find new customers to increase sales revenues and market share

负责寻找新的客户增加销售收入和市场占有率

Follow-up with existing customers and develop long-term cooperation and partnership

负责跟进现有客户，发展长期合作伙伴关系

Develop sales strategy for Chinese market in cooperation with HQ sales manager

负责与总部销售经理合作，制定中国市场的销售策略

Development of new distribution partners and management of existing distribution ｎｅｔwork

发展新的分销合作伙伴和负责现有分销网络的管理

Identification of customer needs, understand their problems and market potential and find viable solutions

负责识别客户的需求，了解他们的问题和市场潜力，并找到可行的解决方案

Communicate customer requests with internal technical departments to ｃｒｅａｔｅ technical and commercial offers/proposals for the customer

负责与内部技术部门阐述客户的要求，为客户提供准确的报价

Support tenders from technical and commercial point of view

负责招标、投标

Provide application and technical training to customers and partners

为客户和合作伙伴提供应用和技术方面的培训

Support installation and realization during large projects

负责支持大型项目的安装和实现

Provide first-line support to customers and partners

负责为客户和合作伙伴提供一线支持

Identify and develop new business segments

负责识别和开发新的业务

Close cooperation with HQ and sales team

保持与总部和销售团队的密切合作

Education

教育背景

Engineering or technical education

工程管理或技术类相关教育背景

Experience

工作经验要求

Experience as sales person for technical equipment/machinery

有技术设备/机械方面相关销售经验

Experience in winter sports business (snow making business preferred) or outdoor industry is an advantage

有冬季运动行业相关经验（有造雪设备相关工作经验者优先考虑）或有户外行业经验者优先考虑

年龄：25-35岁之间

Mother tongue Chinese

母语：汉语

Good command of English language in speaking and writing

精通英文，有良好的英语口语和书写能力

Availability to travel in China

能适应国内经常性的出差

Good presentation skills and ability to handle customers
