Job deｓｃｒｉｐｔion:
1. Produce accurate weekly and monthly performance report and monitor the performance and service quality
2. ｕｐｄａｔｅ SOP of Operation and Customer service
3. Analysis for customer construction, customer satisfaction, customer behavior, error analysis report and more
4. Secure efficient, effective, and clear communication towards Sales, Overseas dept. and ZL globe ｎｅｔwork companies
5. Assist to enhance training, process adjustments, and prompt response to day-to-day issues in the branches

Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. At least 1 year working experience (freight forwarding/sales support experience will be advantage)
3. Good communication in Chinese and English in both oral and written
4. Current knowledge / experience with data analysis, KPIs, customer service and freight forwarding
5. Proficiency in computer application, especially in Excel/PPT
6. Initiative, enthusiastic, coaching with a problem-solving ability
