职位描述:
        your responsibilities will include 工作职责:
        ’1. develop account strategies & initiatives with rsm to achieve sales target/increase at a regional base
        2. collaborate with rsm, global account sales leader, bu, hk/ro sales forces, cpd/gspd and other internal teams on account strategy identification, planning and execution, focusing on fast fashion segment.
        3. coach and support new sales supervisor/ executive and cpd to collaborate together;
        4. aggressively approaching local buying office to get new development chance and new opp.
        5. lead and drive the “attack plan” regionally, evaluating rbis advantage;
        6. lead & drive the sales initiatives to factory sales team and cs team;
        7. proactively identify potential customers and prospect opportunities at buying office level/agent level;
        8. manage buying office, ensure service and solutions provided meet customer needs ;
        9. manage relationship with target factories, agents and buying offices of master customers;
        10. collect and analyze market and competitive landscape, drive proactive action with operation team and cs team according to customer forecast;;
        11. lead internal team for specific projects and to resolve customer complaints;
        12. lead price negotiation with customer to realize business growth and meet company’s cm requirement;
        
        what we will be looking for in you 职位要求:
        1. college degree or above;
        2. excellent knowledge of english , fluent in oral english
        3. min. 4 years successful sales experience, experience at apparel manufacturers and market preferred;
        4. demonstrate successful sales experience that involved negotiating complex transactions or similar experience;
        5. skilled in developing and executing account strategies;
        6. spirit of driving hard for targeted objectiives;
        7. able to travel frequently and work under pressure;
        8. excellent knowledge of computer systems, such as microsoft office, lotus notes, power point;
