Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
?Provide employee life cycle services, including but not limited to new comers’ contract signing, personal information maintenance, personal file archive, staff movement, contract renew and resignation etc.
?Manage personal file and ensure personal data safe and confidential.
?Fast response to employees’ queries, able to summarize and develop FAQ related with ER.
?Standardize ER related processes and develop handbook; timely update ER related policies to make sure the legal compliance.
?Provide company orientation and HR policy training for new comers strictly following the agreed timeline and update training materials regularly.
?Arrange annual occupational health check as required. Cooperate with EHS to handle related audit occasions.
?Issue kinds of certificates to employees, like incumbency certification, income certificate etc.
?Provides HR reports with accuracy.
?Other ad hoc assignments as requested.
Job Requirement
1.Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration or related field.
2.Around 2 years of HR experience in aviation or manufacturing industry, preferably in a similar working environment.
3.Skilled in written and oral communication in both Mandarin and English, CET-6 is preferred.
4.Be customer focus, positive, initiative and result-oriented
5.Good interpersonal and cross function collaboration skills
6.Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
